1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Cucxaluge services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Cucxaluge provides automotive diagnostics and repair services including brake, transmission, chassis, and engine diagnostics across Malaysia. Services are performed by certified technicians at our facility or at customer locations.

3. Liability & Warranties

• Services are provided "as is" without express warranties beyond 30 days of completion.
• Cucxaluge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Customer assumes all risks associated with vehicle operation post-service.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion unless credit terms are arranged.
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.
• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before appointment. Refunds for completed services are subject to evaluation. Parts and labour charges are non-refundable after work commences.

6. Data Privacy

Your personal data is collected only for service delivery and contact purposes. We comply with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and GDPR where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All Cucxaluge content, branding, and diagnostic reports are proprietary and protected by law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cucxaluge's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered. This applies to all claims including negligence.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be governed by Malaysian law. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing legal action.
